Reinforcement fitter wanted in Bokkos

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Bokkos, Plateau State. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
