Immediate opening: deboner (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Liberty County, Montana. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
