Formwork erector wanted in City of Williamsburg

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in City of Williamsburg, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
