Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Newberry County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 5+ years on the tools preferred.
