We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Decatur County, Indiana. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
