Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Ward County, Texas. The role involves shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling 5+ years on the tools preferred.
