Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer in Borough of Bury, England. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On a typical shift you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster.
