Concrete placer wanted in Buffalo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete placer in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work at an infrastructure site. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE On the job you will handle: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule 2+ years on the tools preferred.
