Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Marshall County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
