Immediate opening: heavy goods vehicle driver (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Buena Vista County, Iowa. You will work at a busy distribution depot. Day to day you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card Rotating shifts. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
