Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Worcester County, Maryland. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Full-time, day shift. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
