Great opportunity: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Aitkin County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
