Banksman wanted in Geneva County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Geneva County, Alabama. The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
