Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nottinghamshire, England. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
