Great opportunity: gas meter installer (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Craven County, North Carolina. The role involves lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
