Electrical wireman • Decatur County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrical wireman in Decatur County, Kansas. You will be based in a power distribution substation. On the job you will handle: • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels You should have: • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use Meals and transport allowance provided.
