We are recruiting: grill cook (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Manistee County, Michigan. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
