Great opportunity: garment presser (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Union County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
