Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Dunn County, North Dakota. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
