Vacancy available: fry cook (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Lincoln County, Mississippi. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift.
