Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Mercer County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations 6+ years on the tools preferred.
