Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Napa County, California. The job is in a hospital canteen. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
