Fry cook — Buckingham County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Buckingham County, Virginia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift.
