Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Grant County, Minnesota. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. The role involves charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
