Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day-to-day duties: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
