Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Hardin County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules You will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
