Banksman • Marion County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Marion County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy construction site. You will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
