Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Genesee County, Michigan. You will work at a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
