Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. Your main tasks: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Full-time, day shift.
