Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Crockett County, Tennessee. Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Full-time with occasional weekends.
