You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
