Safety inspector wanted in Dickinson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Dickinson County, Kansas. The job is at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations You will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action.
