House painter wanted in Caddo Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a house painter in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
