Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Iowa County, Wisconsin. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
