Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Bradford County

Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Full-time, day shift.
