Wet plasterer • Mendocino County, California

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Mendocino County, California. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Day-to-day duties: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
