Great opportunity: we are hiring an automobile electrical mechanic in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, England. The job is at a roadside auto repair shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods On the job you will handle: • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Read wiring diagrams and trace circuits • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner Performance bonus on top of base pay.
