Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; give each garment a final press before packing; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number.
