Join our team: health and safety supervisor (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Noble County, Indiana. The job is at a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
