The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
