Groundsman wanted in Imperial County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundsman in Imperial County, California. You will be based in a public park. On a typical shift you will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed. Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Part-time with flexible hours.
