Join our team: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Tioga County, New York. The job is at a private estate garden. You will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. Requirements: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Full-time with occasional weekends.
