Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Mackinac County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred.
