Floor and wall tile fitter — Hopkins County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Hopkins County, Kentucky. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. On a typical shift you will apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
