Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Chester County, South Carolina. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. On a typical shift you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
