Now hiring: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Quitman County, Georgia. You will work at a supermarket cold-chain site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Day to day you will replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; clean condenser and evaporator coils; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
