Waiter wanted in Kootenai County

Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Kootenai County, Idaho. You will work in a café. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Meals and transport allowance provided.
