Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Columbia County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
