Quality assurance assistant wanted in Presque Isle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Presque Isle County, Michigan. You will work at a food processing unit. Day to day you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
