Safety marshal • Koko-Besse, Kebbi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day to day you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
